In 2009, Jeff decided to take his passion for cooking and customer service on the road. His philosophy has always been, “If you build it, they will come.” So, he took a 1966 Rambler camper trailer he received from a friend and completely rebuilt it into a mobile kitchen with character... even covering it with old rusty tin that had been removed from a 106-year old barn on his property, which is now his house! Cactus Jacks Chuck Wagon was born and the people came... Cactus Jacks quickly became a favorite at every event. From local festivals and county fairs to state fairs and national shows, our smoked brisket, smoked pulled chicken and gourmet burgers are a must have for the entire family.
